Description: Stunning doubleweight portrait circa 1930, inscribed and signed by the beautiful actress (1905-1974) who had a good role in Tod Browning's thriller The Thirteenth Chair (1929; with a pre-stardom Bela Lugosi). Photograph by Clarence Sinclair Bull for MGM (embossed on the lower right and backstamped). Millard's other films include Their Own Desire (1929), The Divorcee (1930), Don't Bet on Women (1931), Ladies of the Jury (1932), and By Whose Hand? (1932). Very, very rare.
