Description:  Extremely scarce forties or fifties photo signed by both Conlin and his wife, Dorothy Ryan.  The great character actor (1884-1962) appeared in over 150 films, with his best-known roles in several Preston Sturges classics including Sullivan's Travels (1941), The Palm Beach Story (1942), Hail the Conquering Hero (1944), and The Sin of Harold Diddlebock (1947).  (Vintage original photograph; true vintage autograph)

Condition:  Fine with minor surface wear, slight rippling, and small mounting traces on the reverse
