Description:  Scarce doubleweight linen-textured portrait circa 1936, inscribed and signed by the minor starlet (1915-1993) who appeared in only two films, the Errol Flynn adventure The Charge of the Light Brigade (1936) and the classic W. C. Fields comedy You Can't Cheat an Honest Man (1939).  Born Valerie Brooke, Baba was the daughter of the British Rajah of Sarawak in Borneo.  (Vintage original photograph; true vintage autograph)
