Description:  Exceptionally rare publicity handout for Girl in Gold Boots (1968), signed by the famed exploitation movie director (1929-2016).  Mikels' films, which played the grindhouse and drive-in circuits, include The Astro-Zombies (1968), The Corpse Grinders (1971), The Doll Squad (1973), and Blood Orgy of the She-Devils (1973).  (Vintage item produced in 1968, signed later)
