Subject: Robert Evans
Size: 2.5x3.5
Description: Scarce, one-of-a-kind fifties snapshot inscribed and signed (Bob Evans) on the reverse at the earliest phase of his Hollywood career, when he was an actor in Man of a Thousand Faces (1957), The Sun Also Rises (1957), The Fiend Who Walked the West (1958), and a few other films. Mentored by Chicago-Hollywood power broker Sidney Korshak, Evans (1930-2019) would become one of the most successful producers in film history. Drug addiction and crimes associated with his 1984 production The Cotton Club tarnished his career, but he remains a near-mythic if controversial figure.
