Description:  Exceptionally scarce index card, inscribed and signed.  Lamm had roles in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974) and TV's Columbo, Starsky and Hutch, the made-for-TV film The Night They Took Miss Beautiful (1977), Police Woman, and The Dukes of Hazzard, as well as many commercials of the seventies.  She was only forty-nine when she died in 2001.  (Item signed circa late seventies)
