Description:  Scarce inscribed and signed doubleweight portrait from the thirties.  Photograph by the Vandamm Studio of New York (backstamped).  Evans (1901-1989) had a brilliant stage career and well-remembered roles in Planet of the Apes (1968), Rosemary's Baby (1968), and TV's Bewitched (1964-1971).  (Vintage original photograph; true vintage autograph)

Condition:  Fine Plus with minor handling creases, trivial surface wear, a few small scratches with minor emulsion loss near the right edge, and small mounting traces on the reverse
