Description:  Rare envelope signed by the American writer (1922-2007) whose darkly comic style made him a cult figure as well as a renowned author.  Vonnegut's best-known work, the 1969 novel Slaughterhouse-Five, established his reputation and helped bring the bombing of Dresden to greater awareness.  Other novels include Cat's Cradle (1963), God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater (1965), and Breakfast of Champions (1973).  (Item produced and signed in 2002)
